Need Help - unable to open web ticket

I’m going out my head here, you guys do not make it easy to contact you! I am trying to open a web ticket online to go through your correct channels, so I do so and every time I click continue I get failed to send (yes I complete all information required and attach relevant files), so I try live chat with the same result and also call back, and yet again it fails to connect to you guys. I use Mozilla and I have tried IE as well all with the same results… I’m getting tired of trying to contact someone for help, there isn’t even a UK contact number I can call.
So if someone could please get back to me to assist me with my technical problem I would much appreciate it. Below is the issue I am having.

Since BfA during my game play I experience the following problem. While playing the sound goes and I have no control over my mouse or my keyboard, it is as though I have done alt-tab and can still see the game running, it doesn’t freeze, the only way I get control back it my clicking on the game again with my mouse and the sound comes back along with control to both mouse and keyboard. I have tried the following:
Fresh install of game - no fix
Replaced wireless keyboard and mouse with wired alternatives - no fix
Scan & Repair of game - No fix
Made sure addons are all up to date (they are) - no fix
Disabled all addons - no fix
I don’t know if this is my system doing this or the game and I am at a lose as to what else to try, I have attached the files you requested and hope that you can help as it’s disrupting my game play and making a little frustrating that I cannot resolve this myself, I really don’t know what else to do.

GM’s can only help with very specific problems, and generally “Technical Support” isn’t usually one of them, that’s why these forums exist.

As you have not said what the problem is, theres very little we can suggest, except that perhaps what you are trying to contact them over, is not something they can assist with, which is why you are unable to open a ticket?

Also, they don’t provide telephone contact anymore. Except for some very specific account related queries, in which case you get given the option to leave your phone number, and they will call you. From what I can gather, people were abusing the phonelines to try and get help with things they don’t offer help with.

This looks like a system problem instead of a wow related problem to me.

This sounds like an OS issue, What you’re describing Is the WoW window losing focus, hence why a click on it returns control. What OS do you run?

Do you only have this problem with WoW? Do you have any background tasks running which might interfere?

And lastly (though unlikely that this is the cause), have you checked that your video drivers are up to date?

Hi Grimmj, I am running OS Windows 8.1 pro.
I don’t play any other games apart from WoW so couldn’t say.
Everything else is closed i.e background tasks.
My video drivers are set to auto update and just checked their all up to date.

Quite often, video drivers set to auto update, actually don’t. But if, as you say, you manually checked them, the all well and good.

What usually happens in cases like this, the Blues usually ask you to post your dxdiag output and msinfo output to a site such as pastebin, and post a link to it.

A point to note, some people tend to “edit” the dxdiag, please don’t. There is no personally identifiable information in it, it is literally just your hardware and software environment configuration.

Could you please open Task Manager (right click taskbar -> task manager), go to the start-up tab and see if there are any programs in there which might interfere? if not sure, a screenshot of that tab will do as well.

I checked task manager and apart from WoW, web browser and sticky notes the only others running are OS related.
