Because the game is designed stupidly, I can get some rando to create an item but can’t get some Rando to recraft an item so I am here to find someone who can help.

This is not quite correct. I recraft hat least half a dozen items for “randos” weekly, they ask in trade chat, I answer, they send me a personal order, problem solved.
Unless your realmpool is dead, this would be my recommendation to you, simply ask in trade chat like everyone else does, and it´s almost guaranteed that someone will whisper you, and then you simply make a deal and send them a personal crafting order. 
Guess there’s no one amongst my realm group lol - It’s basically dead
It would just be so much nicer to set it up as a public order.
Are you online on evenings when most people are online? I rarely see people asking for JC recrafts, almost always it’s for Blacksmithing or Leatherworking. In fact I don’t remember seeing any JC recraft request since Xmas.
I may be able to help with recraft if I have learned the design and if I have sufficient Concentration (I emptied it last night, so I will have less than 200 this evening)
