I was wondering if I can use some of the Blizzard artworks such as WoW UI graphics for a personal project, more specifically for a Youtube video? is it allowed or not?
I am not completely sure; but the last time I checked myself, it was allowed, as long as it is not for personal gain/product selling and so forth, if that makes sense. 
It´s advertising for their brand after all.
Especially considering so many Youtube videos contain WoW-related-stuff!
