I have a physical authenticator attached to my other account, haven’t updated my details in years, now the battery has run flat and I can’t verify as the phone number has changed, I do not have photo ID so please don’t ask for that, basically can’t do anything with my account and would really appreciate some assistance, TIA.

This would be it indeed, and if you include the serial number from the back of the physical authenticator that should help with the verification and make sure we can assist right away.
