Nothing helps me, not even wowhead.

I have unused badges. So where’s the exact, precise, pinpointed location of the itmewalking vendor?

in timeless island (is in italian but its the same)

Different vendors for different types of TW:

TBC one is in Shattrath
WOTLK one in old Dalaran
Cata one in Org
MOP one on Timeless isle
WOD one in Warspear for horde, and the ally town for Alliance
Legion one in new Dalaran

It has a nice icon on the map for you to see.
