Negative Emotes Changed and Removed

Blizzard is punishing the player by removing things, despite it being Blizzard that made the mistakes.

I suspect the next thing they’ll target will be transmogs. Specifically the pieces of armour that are “revealing”, which I guess they will edit rather than remove.

All this is doing is pushing more and more people away. Eventually they’ll have a game they’ve completely sanitised of anything that could be considered controversial, but they won’t have enough people playing it to warrant keeping servers active.

They suck. Matters not.
We will figure something out

Maybe I’m ignorant, but what does Huzzah mean? Is it a strange way of saying Hurrah?

I’m honestly not bothered by these changes. They seem so insignificant.

I realise some may feel very strongly about the changes. I just don’t care.

Sort of an old fashioned way of saying it.

Think Robin Hood, 3 Muskateers that’s sort of thing

This is it, toxicity is no more!

Sigh…

Huzzah is the jewish version of ‘‘hurray’’, used in ancient hebrew from the old testament

/rude still exists. I haven’t realized people need such diversity on that matter.

Really a lot of people in this thread come across as “geez blizzard why won’t you let me cough, burp, fart, spit, moon, kick, stink and shake at other players?”

I don’t fully understand what problem removing these emotes are trying to solve. If the issue is harassment, players will always find new ways to harass others.

But I guess one could argue that now this harassment is reportable.

Just to be clear.
If I spit on someone of same faction using “/e spits on you.” I could get reported and silenced? Asking for a friend.

Enough! I don’t like where this game is going for awhile now but this is the last straw.

I have been subbed for 12 years but enough is enough. Clearly this game is not for me anymore. Unsubbing.

They are turning this game to SOME LAME NINTENDO GAME.

This game is not even rated E. Why are they doing this!

everytime someone tries to “harass” me with an emote like that I am just using /love “feels the love” to nothing. Mostly counters it and makes them feel stupid and moving on… but removing them from the game… ok?

Pandaren rude animation is not rude at all😐

Toxic Positivity

Seems they left /lick, not sure if that’s intentional.

It all feels like something out of the Office or similar TV programme. It is no longer based in any logical or justifiable reality.

It also stinks of projectionism, Blizzard cannot keep their own house in order so they deflect my removing things from the game, creating new policies etc.
