Nemesis Shard vanished from bag

Killed Hogger Week 1 and picked up his shard.
Killed Gamon week 2, and picked up his shard.

Clicked to combine the 2 together, looked like it worked and then both shards have gone from my bag and I received nothing, no mask, no quest and now it’s impossible for me to try get the mask again as only Org vision is available, what do I do now?

Would really appreciate a blue post on this as I have been looking forward to running 8 masks run all week and now it’s ruined.

I have the same problem, first week I killed Hogger and in the second week Gamon and the shard of Hogger was already gone. This morning after the reset in the EU I looked in the bag and Gamon’s shard is gone.
I opened a ticket in the game and the answer was: Bug is known, but I should open another bug report.
I have already done this ingame.
