Perma 35% ms is unhealable, especially with 4 set asa damage.
Also talks that arms war is op is some sort of nonsense.
Asa and Ele are overtuned now, rest is close to being balanced.

No but but but assa is fine right??? Just check awc, every but one team us has assa rog. Havent watched eu but might be the same. Ele is also so rng it either oneshots or it doesnt.

Assa is disgusting. You can’t live deathmark without trinket+major defensive, but assa can easily force trinket+major defensive without deathmark. The spec is ridiculous.

The problem is with assa ms you got close to full uptime and full uptime with the shiv additional effect (depending on the poison).
I think it’s fine for outlaw/sub as you have to press it right to make it useful(numbing to nerf a chaos bolt or any inc cc for example) but for assa you just press for Ms and annoy passively with the effect behind (especially they play 4 poison now).
So sad they ruin anything that require to use a bit of brain :s

it’s also stupid you can just sit on it when you have deathmark coming up and then chain them b2b and then your opponent has to deal with 16 seconds of 35% MS while they’re already doing overtuned damage and have dampening

Just wait until people realize outlaw is just as busted as it was in Slands. The spec literally got shadowstep and shadow dance added to it for more insane mobility and utility and had literally nothing taken from it.
Be careful what you wish for, outlaw rogues controlling the whole team with gouges, short CD blinds, dance cheap shotting everybody… oh yeah and they play long kidney with the extra CP.
The fun is the best one target healer mw monk is impossible to heal the shiv+ cd ccombo from assa.
All heal CD, and my target health is stopped at a place or going down slowly. I can free cast it, no reason to cc the heal while ROG used Shiv+CD cause impossible to heal that . AAaaaaand we didnt talk about the Dampening yet 
I cannot imagine what Holy Paladins can feel about that much heal reducer…

Long kidney isn’t a thing anymore cause it’s cap to 5 CP max.
Nobody use dance build to cheap shot the entire team cause you got no value from it, the point of playing dance build is to spam ambush.
Outlaw is pretty much squishy against the current meta, sure it’s strong but you can’t stand there doing dmg like anything else cause you die easily.
You should grab some information before complaining man ^^
they did lose a great deal of tankyness & cdr from shadowlands but yeah they still have amazing damage and cc
