After doing all 17s as a prot warrior nothing makes me mad more than battle-scarred veteran proc at 30% hp. The amount of time it was needlessly triggered just because mobs got me to 29% hp is ridiculous. So next pack i dont have it may die because of it. Especially annoys me situation when I press defensives and it procs anyway so it overlaps.
I swear nerfing this ability to trigger at 20% or even 15% hp will result in a overall buff, because when it procs you are almost invulnerable anyway (80% dr and 100% mor healing received, almost cheat death). Or ideally it should proc at 20% but with shield wall up proc at 10% or smth.
