Too strong in combination with roots.
There are plenty ways of getting out of it. Shamans kinda need the root when he’s trained hard and it’s sort of counterpressure.
It’s not enough for it to be great healer, but at least something.
For sure too strong in combination with spear of bastion.
you the 3s root from earth shield or the root totem that instantly breaks on dmg?
dont see how something like that which has counterplay needs a nerf while crazy op shiv is not complained about?

Earth shield.
Even better, we remove crippling poison and make rogues have to use a global for the slow rather than autoapply
yes that is 3s, so you got a 3s ms that is on a high cooldown, definitely worth the complaint lol
aside from that that water shield and earth shield continously disappear as soon as someone attacks you or dispells you.
it is indeed stupid that water shield has charges again while on gcd.
play resto shaman and see how anti fun it is to play

also when using the unleash shield and constantly overwriteing earth shield when switch between lightning / water shield
i notice im just constantly using 3 globals just to always have earthshield on me and use this unleash with water shield
its so clunky to use now with 2 shields
idk if theres some trick for this but when u have earth and water up and u use unleash shield and then press lightning it overwrites earthshield, then u put earth back on urself and when unleash comes out cd and u put water on urself it overwrites earthshield
like there needs to be some way that earthshield never gets overwriten for this to work 
this is horrible design, rsham dont have 3 globals to donkey with anything that doesnt heal team constantly
the 50% dmg reduction will be for nothing cos team is smoke in air after we schmeckled around pressing 3 globals to do one thing
you can make a cancel aura makro before you apply water shield or ls so earth shield is alwas up

still clunky as hell to flip between shields by design but the cancel aura macro is something i guess
but idk i might just play class with less clunky designs

considering water shield had no charges before, they made it more clunky on purpose for whatever reason.
I hate earth shield the most…
