Well I can’t post in the quests section so I’ll just create a post here.
I’m basically 19.5k / 21k exalted with zandalari; I went out looking for the starting NPC for https://www.wowhead.com/quest=49768/nesingwarys-trek questline but Huntmaster Kil’ja doesn’t seem to exist.

The quest that you linked, is a breadcrumb quest, which means that if you do the follow-ups, this quest is not needed. I can confirm that in your character, you have actually completed the full questline in the Nesingwary’s Trek area.
