I was wondering if in the next patch (phase 3) we will have the possibility to buy Nether Vortex (x1) in exchange of heroic badges (x15).
If that’s the case: Stormherald, here I come!

Currently in the ptr you can only buy primal nethers for 10 BoJ. You can only buy Nether Vortex for BoJ when p5 hits.
This is the perfect time to buy the nether vortex boost run from some guild. Content is extremely easy and most guilds sitting on 40+ vortexes literally giving them away to alts.
The belts are insanely hard to sell overall.
Well, originally both Primal Nether and Nether Vortex were added to the BoJ vendor in SWP patch iirc. So maybe if they anticipated PN to phase 3 they will anticipate NV to phase 4.
I mean, personally I still think neither (especially not Nether) should’ve been BoP to begin with, but better late than never.
Nah, Primal Nether was added for badges in 2.1 and Vortex in 2.4.
Both became BoE in 2.4
