At this point the correct response would be a refund of the last month to compensate or not delivering the service you can expect of a paid service.
Also is it really that hard for Blizzard to pro-actively message us about this? Send an e-mail? Get someone from communications to spend 30 minutes writing some response to paying customers? What is this? The 90s?

where is the “blue” post: we are investigating.
This lag started like 4-5 days ago and is making the game unplayable on those areas.

Yesterday was a lagfest from 17:00 till 20:xx.
The last 2 weeks we have had to delay our raids by 30min to account for people not being able to log in/zone in or just being stuck in Eastern Kingdoms.
this level of server issues needs to be adressed! The sooner, the better

Please, with Naxx coming soon we need to at last know you (Blizz) are aware of this and are working to resolve it.
Blizzard, please fix this issue. Please acknowledge your paying customers - If you don’t get ahead of this on your own forums, it’s going to hit Reddit and social media. You’d be surprised how much momentum a couple hundred people can create and the publicity stink it will result in.
The mentioned lag has already driven some players to leave the game from what I’ve seen. Blizzard, you guys are leaking money here. Please fix this so that we may continue to enjoy the nostalgia of Classic.

It is now 15:26 and allready the lag is very noticable.
Logged on an alt outside Scarlet Monastery.
typing in General chat takes 5-10 seconds to show up
Looting a corpse takes a few seconds to complete
Its pretty freaking annoying, can this be looked into??
Quite obvious that Blizz dont read NGK subforums, should make a post in general, or move this momemtum to reddit / youtube / twitter.

Nethergarde Keep Stormwind & Southern Eastern Kingdoms in general has been ‘unplayable’ since 28/10 and this is completely unacceptable.
Many players from our server have tried to contact Blizzard via Tickets, however nothing has changed and If anything the lag is getting worse and is effecting more parts of the game.
We are paying for a service that we can’t even consume properly, It’s a joke and absolutely nothing is getting done about it, I own 4 battlenet accounts just for Classic.
Edit: At least 50+ Tickets have been opened with the generic blizzard answers in response. 1 Technician said they could not replicate our problem even though the servers have literally been dying for a week -.-. It’s like being spat in the face at this point.
Private servers have better communication and transparency than this and better stability than this.

This post is tagged with Nethergarde Keep and thus shows up on the realm forums.
But it also shows up on the general tab under active topics so bumping it should increase visibility. However I do get the feeling that Blizz doesn’t give enough f*cks to read the posts, let alone adress the issue.

6 month sub promo and now this lag?

Not even the original WoW back in '04 had this much lag. Needless to say the bandwith was drastically lower in my house back then too. But still, it worked way better than WoW Classic as of October 2020. And I’m on a 500 Mbit (download and upload) fiber network.
This is NOT the experience we expect to get with our subscriptions/game time purchases.
We get it, Shadowlands is great and all. But please provide some service for Classic players as well. We pay the same monthly fee as everyone else.

Nethergarde Keep at a standstill since Tues maintenance. Logging for a buff at 1am to avoid lag, seeing ‘No servers are currently available’ (both Classic & Retail). No official acknowledgement of issues despite entire userbase complaining. Realm status has green ticks all over. Wtf am I paying for 10 accounts for!?!?

The situation on the Nethergarde Keep server is unacceptable. What used to be a 20 minute wait for a Dragonslayer buff on a very busy evening has devolved into a an absolute sh*tshow every evening when buffs are being dropped. This needs to be fixed immediately.

I stood in Stormwind on Sunday night waiting for the Ony buff. The head was handed in at 19:00, the buff was applied around 19:40.
I know some people have been asking for an end to the world buff meta, but this is not how you should achieve it.
