Hello. Im writing here in frustration. This is the first time i ever make a forum post.
How can Blizzard just ban my account without any closure, other than claiming i have been using cheats which i have NEVER done.
After roughly 20 appeals now, i still only get robot answers claiming the decision was found out to be applied correctly.
I came through to 1 guy, who told me he would send my account up for further investigation, and then reach back to me within 1-2 weeks.
This is now roughly a month ago.
Writing tickets after the ETA i was given to hear about the situation, resulted in a new GM giving me an automated response, that the decision is upheld and no further details will be discussed.
I have 1000 days+ ingame playtime on my account, and have been extremely active since 2019 classic launch. I have now received a warning, stating my battlenet account would get closed if i made any more appeals.
I ask for any form of advice to get through to Blizzard.
Thanks

You agreed to that they can.
You got 20 templated* responses that the decision was upheld. If they don’t overturn it or send it to specialised inspection then they do not need to adjust the template. It is very likely that there have been sufficiently GM’s that investigated and figured you did cheat, one way or another.
Such as this one, where they said they will be checking it over. Since they didn’t reply back either it is still getting investigated albeit with heavy delay OR they are still convinced you did cheat.
After 20+ appeals and a warning to stop appealing you’re at the end of the road for this game license. There’s nothing you can do but wait until they come back to you - if ever.
Hello Mogensmis,
please keep in mind that discussing penalties is against the Forum Code of Conduct, reason why this topic will be now closed. Additional topics on the matter may lead to penalties for your Forum account.
Please also note that communication about your case investigation has been sent to you already, you can see the latest messages from our Game Masters in your ticket history.
