Hi i have been told its about a year since you added the 12 month sub option and im wondering if that is coming back? Im asking because last time i had just got a 6 month sub and then a few days later out of the blue you come with this 12 month sub and mount. I know im not alone that felt pretty screwed over with getting no warning what so ever. If i dont get this information before october 11th when my 6 month sub runs out i have no choice but to cancel that and go over to a 1 month sub. Thanks
Regarding promotions that award mounts etc, I don’t believe that Customer Support are made aware of any upcoming promotions, until they are officially announced, and even if they are aware, they will most certainly not be allowed to disclose them until the official announcements.
Maybe not but they could send words to those in charge like hey boss people are about to cancel their 6 months sub because they dont know if there will be a 1 year sub coming or not what do we say?
If you ask me it would be in their best interest to let people know
Customer support would indeed not be able to communicate this kind of information before an official announcement (if there is one).
Please do keep an eye out on the official website, and other social media for a official announcements.
