New account camera problem

Hello.
I have created a new account and started a new game.
I have noticed something about the camera function when looking up in the sky.
When you move the camera to look up with the mouse, on my old account it zooms into your character from the ground up. In the new account, this does not happen, it looks up without zooming into your character. How can i fix this?
