New affixes are just blocking classes from getting invites in M+

I returned to the game this season almost 2 months ago, while new affixes has alot of problems the most problematic one in pugging scenario is requiring pugs to have cleanse (dispel) to even get into a group and invited to a key

For example for afflicted affix on my warrior i wont even get into keys even if i had decent score for it…

M+ should be fun not annoying to play … do you agree with this guys or no?

Run your own key and invite people who can dispel. Simple

One affix in a rotation one class can’t handle and sure enough the whines arrive.

Work around it.

Except that it’s more than one class in this case - DK, DH, hunter and rogue also have no tools to handle it. Also demonology warlock (I believe the other 2 lock specs have the option to use a pet with a dispel).

A fair system would be to only design affixes that can be handled by any class.

The increased demand for classes that can dispel/heal the affix does make this more difficult, though. Especially for a lone dps, and especially with so many people running the ‘premade groups filter’ addon that shows the class and spec of everyone in the group. (If I can see there are already 2 or 3 non-dispel classes in a group, I’m not going to sign up on my druid, for example.)

So some steamer had the following suggestions for the new affixes:

A) In addition to hard CC, allow ANY ST stun to remove Incorporeal mobs.

  • Any class has either a hard CC, a stun (storm bolt for example), or both. You still have to target it and execute a CC on it. But at-least now all classes can do it.

B) Sell an item that allows you to dispel the Afflicted mobs. The same panda lady that demotes keys can sell this item for 1g or something.

  • Same idea as A. For those classes that cannot dispel, now you can. And for the healer specifically, you can use this item for the affix while still keeping your normal dispel for the dungeon runs.

I think this would be a fantastic idea. Those additions still require skill to execute. You cant forget/ignore them. But now, it can be done by anyone. I hope they add it to S3 in time.

No, warlocks can’t help either. Imp dispels magic, but Afflicted mobs have no magic debuff. Also why healers have to talent their dispel to remove more than just magic.

Honestly my solution would be little bit different:

I say they combine both new affix into one if affix appears it can be dispelled, CC (so any class do them) and the punishments’ would be into 2 stack
first stack 100%- Haste, second stack 100%- Dmg & Healing done reduced

I think it would just be simpler to make so everyone or only the healer can interact with the add.
And i mean specifily ONLY the healer cough Augmentation cough

if an unholy i use undead dominance at CC affix, it’s dismiss my pet. If my pet will be dismissed in bursts, i lose around 40-60% of my dps. If i lose 40-60% dps cause of cc, who want invite me?
