New allied races

Well, i will always disagree this

Reasons: Kul Tirans can’t get rexxar (Mok’nathal) option and Female Kul Tiran can’t get female orc body either. Because Ogres and Orcs never belong to human races, neither golbins, nor the trolls!

Kul Tirans are humans and belongs to human races, but not the Ogres or Orcs

Maldraxxi warriors, are unknown beings, no one knows if it’s a human, abomination or something else but they are unique

Yes please.
However before they go adding any more they need to address the fact there’s already little to no representation for any of the races in the game really.
Take me back to Ironforge and Thunderbluff and silvermoon and Gnomeregan and Gilneas etc :frowning:
For the longest time it’s just felt like everything gets brushed into the Orc/Human aesthetics with very little acknowledgement for the fact that all these races are unique civilizations with their own culture’s and architecture’s.
It’s just kinda sad really, The games’ world is more fun and interesting than most video game worlds and yet most of it is dead and stuck in a timeloop :frowning:

I think you misunderstood me wolfywarlock. I don’t think you see the picture im trying to show.

Look, Rexxar’s new model from BFA is based off Kultiran male model in case you didn’t know. I can’t get it to work for me in the wowhead dressingroom for Rexxar. But here it is.

And here is Kultiran Male.

If you check Rexxar’s animation for 1 handed attack or two handed attack or whatever and its the same animations for a Kultiran male. Kultiran is based off Diablo 3 Barbarian.

And alot of Kultirans animtions is from D3 Barbarian. Only diffrence is blizzard made them overweight. Still strong. Im not asking for the their overweight look to be removed only that the option for more fit kultiran to be available as an option. All im asking is for the Kultiran to have six pack around the waist that Rexxar have.

And its not a problem for blizzard to fix. Considering the model was fit in the beginning before they made the changes. They can just replace the arms, legs and head with Kultiran and give it a human skin.

I mean you do know that Nightborne is based of Night elf that they changed abit and made them skinner oh and the ears goes the up instead of backwards. Jinyi is based of Night elf that they made some changes, replacing the head, skin, feet, hands. Or vulpera that is based off goblin etc etc I can go on and on, thing is blizzard have done this for years. use an existing model and make changes/alter it and there you go a new race. Sometimes they make a completely new model, sometimes.

If you look closer on the female Maldraxxis warrior. It has the same model, animations that of Female Kultiran. Blizzard has just altered it abit. The male Maldraxxis warrior has the same model as the Kultiran male. It just has shorter legs for some reason. Many of the undead and those from the maw…those walking armor creatures. They are based of Kultirans.

So for the Female kultiran they can use either that maldraxxis female warrior or an orc female, replace the head with a female kultiran (with a smaller female Kultiran head) human arms, human legs and human skin and there you will have a more fit Female Kultiran. You need to see beyond the surface of the character.

So again Im just saying if Blizzard can’t or won’t make Vrykul playable then they make options for Kultiran to have Vrykul customizations and the more fit bodies so we could look like Barbarians. And The Kultirans racial ability’s would work for making a Vrykul Kultiran.

Vrykul a seafaring race.
Kultirans a seafaring race.

As I said I would love to see Vrykul as a playable race and I definitely play one or (Cough, clearing throat) four but time goes on…and we ain’t getting younger, neither is the game.

We can only…hope.

I never forgive Blizzard for missing the opportunity of expanding the Draenei culture/architecture in the Garrison
We arrived to a planet with basically two dominant races, the Orcs (neatly represented with the Horde Garrison) and the Draenie… and what we got?
Human buildings :person_facepalming:

I am so sorry, now I can agree with you already, but Nightborne are another Night Elf race - they worship with Elune, were once Kaldorei, and Thalyssra has common with Tyrande, Malfurion and Illidan

Ogres as an allied race should be added quickly, i mean to see unique skin color in Death knights, while Blood elves and other human races have the same 3 skin colors from Human death knights, but Trolls,Night Elves,Orcs don’t have these, Orcs have unique skintones in death knights than all human race. Do Night elves have the same skintones from playable Darkspear DK?

I saw the same thing from Maldraxxus about these bulky warriors that a Female one reuses Kul Tiran female animations, male Maldraxxi warrior reuses Kul Tiran male animations

Also Jinyu reuses Night Elf animations too, but did not reveal the /dance

Saberon reuses worgen rigs, but don’t reveal the /dance either

from the beginning of BFA, Vulpera had no /dance yet, but once they became an allied race. There we go, vulpera got new dance

Now i see Six packs from Mok’Nathal, so then i want to say that for Kul Tiran humans with six packs belly option can be agreed

Yeah… it is really frustrating that “The Alliance Aesthetic” is just boring, generic stone/brick human stuff while the horde get cool buildings looking like they’ve literally been made by whatever they could find because they live in a hostile environment.
I REALLY don’t like that Orgrimmar still looks all military tbh, if it ever gets updated I want it to be stripped of all that metal and just be cool looking huts made of animal horns and leather again.
Also we need more damn Dwarven architecture that stuffs cool as hell and it’s criminally underused.

True. However Blizzard did have “Big” plans for garrison but they ran out of time. and made it smaller. and all those outposts in draenor were suppose to be where you could relocated the entire garrison. The garrisons first place was suppose to be at Elodor as the trailer showed with Human, dwarf , night elf buildings and Draenai buildings and the garrions was suppose to be as big as a hub city.

Well back to for New allied races.

Lets start for Alliance.

Vrykul. (Become the same size we become using the “Faintly Glowing Flagon of Mead”. We still be larger than any other playable race in the game and still fit trough doors. Well I talk alot about them further up, nothing more to add)

Furbolg (As the new ones looks great, uses Kultiran rig and some animations and some worgen animations)

Saberon (Was thinking horde before I saw Gnolls that would fit better, although they been fighting the Mag’har orcs for a long time)

Broken (Blizzard could merge Regular Draenai with LF Draenai or give regular Draenai broken customizations if players find there is too many races)

Tuskaar would be great but not sure blizzard could find a way to make all the playable helmets or hoods work for them.

For the horde.

Gnolls (I was thinking of Saberon or a new rat race before that came out/created of lorderon and its plague but as we seen the plague is now gone from lorderon and seeing gnolls new model in DF, they could fit the roll of crazy and cool and wild. And they don’t have permanent home, they are more like the Vulpera as nomads and moves around alot.)

Ogres (now they have a female body to use as a rig, the blood trolls War mother. there is no holding them back anymore. and as we seen ogre have come in different sizes. Some are giants and some are no bigger than a Tauren as we can see at the pirate place in Azuna. Although they could be the size of the vrykul we become from the “Faintly Glowing Flagon of Mead” toy and they still be taller than any other playable race.)

Mok’nathal (Now that Rexxar gotten new model and don’t look like a yellow orc. and uses Kultiran rig an animations. Some say there is too few to make them playable. Well not anymore, Void elves just 20 and LFD har maybe a 100 and need the regular Draenai to make more of them. Vulpera is not many either and are nomads, and they probably know since BFA that they need the horde in order to survive as a race. anyway they use the Maldraxxus Female warrior for Mok’nathal female as rig and the head they could do the same as they did for Rexxar with Ogre head with male orc head. Combine ogre head with female orc head. with Mok’nathal hands and feet like Rexxar but abit smaller. And give them mix of skin colors from Mag’har orcs skin colors and Ogres that shows their heritage from orcs and ogres as well as Rexxar skin color.)

New races are not adding any variety to the game because of the orc racial.

So much this!

Great post!

You left out the Botani
A few of them even slipped thrugh the Mag’har scenario, they are close to nature (too close… but even the Dryads came from accorns, so they are more or less plants anyway and the Kalodrei centered around living trees…) so would be a natural allies for the Druids and Kaldorei (and whemently oppose the Horde latest arboricide and the Wolrd Tree murder)
They are inteligent and reasonable, we even had a garrison follower, Phylarch the Evergreen who after you kicked his behind three times, admited you are a superior species and will serve you…
In Tangleheart, the botani use a special sap to quickly grow ancients to full size. Wich would be a HUGE boon to the cripled Kaldorei civilization
And since they are plant-base life forms, actually even one would be enough to restart their civilization
We don’t know if they have females or not, but actually this is not a problem, a race without gender (tho plants do have genders, more precisely, most plants are monoecious, meaning that individuals have both female and male structures. In flowering plants, these structures can be borne together in a single bisexual flower, or the flowers can be only male (staminate) or only female (pistillate).) would be kind of revolutionary and unique
