New alt stuck in 9.0

Hello guys. Just got my latest alt to max level, I have had plenty of alts before, and my main is max renown.

On all my other alts I have been able to mount in the maw, skip covenent campaign to get soulbinds instantly, and so on. However I cannot now. I have tried speaking to Renethal, Bolvar, TAl-Inara, none of the give me any skip options at all. I’m stuck doing the venthyr covenent campaing (Yes, I am 80 on my main and have skipped this campaing on 2 other alts alrdy) and I cannot even mount in the maw (I can on EVERY other character).

Please help - any suggestions?

Edit → The eye of the jailer just appared in the Maw, even though it’s been disabled for months on all my other alts. I’m literally stuck in 9.0…

If the skip to Threads of Fate is available on other characters, but not this one, you may need to speak with Fatescribe Roh-Tahl, behind the Inn in Oribos, on the outer edge:
