So, I’m new at lvl 120 and not sure what to do now. Im doing those quests where I pick a zone.
When do I know I’m ready for Raids? And, What do I need to prep before I etter a raid? Its all I want to try 
What do I do/where do I go from here?

I can’t see your current state from that Classic character you’re posting on.
The firwst thing - the very first - you should achieve is to open World Quests. They will give you gear, gold, resources, and rep that you will need to progress.
To do that you need the quest Uniting Zandalar, assuming you’re Horde, which requires you to have Friendly reputation with all three of the zone factions.
Then you get the Flight Master’s Whistle, and World Quests appear on your map. Also, every day, an Emissary quest appears for one of the factions, which basically just requires you to do 4 WQ for that faction, in exchange for a bigger reward. You will need those. You will need the rep for Flying as well.
The rest of my answer is what I wrote to someone else recently. This is your agenda, once you have World Quests open.
You can do raids through Raid Finder (aka LFR) when your item level is high enough for the specific raid. The current raid is The Eternal Palace.
I’m not sure what the required ilevel is for that - something like 380, I think. So use World Quests, and optionally dungeons, to get yourself up to that, and then just queue for it!

Thank you so much for this. Im not lvl 120 on horde, but soon, got a 111 lvl hunter. Got an 120 DH Havoc on ally.
I will be sure ro read and take notes after my dinner

Ah well, it’s the same on Ally, but the quest is Uniting Kul Tiras, and you get it on the ship in Boralus. Horde and Ally do the same things, just on the separate continents.
