Where was Tyrande, Shandris, Maiev, hell even one Night Elf in this “dream army”

don’t worry in true blizzard fashion all the npcs you expect to be in a raid never show up 
take shadowland for example why was not Calia in the raid having some closer with her brother who knows heck we have no idea why she even came to the shadowlands…
Yah I know, The one character who should face Azshara, Tyrande never showed up but instead they put Shandris and Lor’themar with jaina being the boss
