"new" avenging crusader build for holy?

huh? some guy on us forum say this “new” avenging crusader build is insane?
i dont get or was it nerved to the ground? i saw video on youtube from beta month ago. this crap isnt working anymore?
and i get often insta killed in mele range on m+. so there is a lot expierince required too.

AND! i must deal damage, interrupt, check party health bars and heal??? its like superman skills is required here…
