It was a cold sunny day, I decided to queue for a random bg, aaaannnnd … can you imaaaaaaaaagine myyyy surpriiiiiiiise … when I entered into Deepwind Gorge !
Obviously, thrilled and sad at the same time, knowing the noob team that is facing me will take a beating. On the bright side they can learn how this bg is supposed to be played 
WHAT ? WAIT … what’s that FKN… MAP ?
Is there any way this awesome bg has been updated ? or wooooorse, even changed ?? Humm… let’s have a closer look !

Ohh nice, this is an Arathi with new decorations and blossomed trees.
Guys, I mean, don’t get me wrong ! The new map is GORGEOUUUS (Yes I did it, Extra point : Unlocked !).
I really love having flowering cherry trees in a Battleground, now I dont even have to get my ars to the park to see nice flowers.
So we have 2 nice Arathi BG. Okayy … Guess can’t complain with having more content -_-"

What hapened with the old bg ? you know this bg that required just a bit of brain for a change ?
This very unique BG that offered players unique strategies, mixing both concepts of bases holding and flag taking, along with the possibility to take CARTS to get points, or simply lure enemies out.

Sorry Kiddo, we decided to remove the entire BG, apparently it was too difficult to get all the achiev and some noobs felt very much frustrated.
We just decided to make another Arathi Basin, changed the roads, the trees and added some flowers of course. Ohh and we changed the name of course, this arathi 2.0 will be called Deepwind Gorge now !

Don’t worry, all the achievements and title rewards are still obtainable, even if we removed this bg entirely. I meant, REDESIGNED HEHE -_-’

We’re just adapting the game to the community kiddo. It is the same with legacy raiding, people seem to enjoy ONE SHOTING OLD RAID BOSS WHILE FARMING THEIR 1% MOUNT. farming it with skill is too hard for them.
