As the title says. I’ve purchased the upgraded edition of the new expansion. When i’ve boosted a character, the renown is sitting at 20, yet i have access to none of the vendors or patterns. I’ve tried doing the intro quests to all and it still doesn’t fix?
could anyone help or is this a bug report.
Having the exact same issue on my DK. At renown 20 with the Niffen and the game is telling me I’m not high enough renown to buy anything. No title or acct wide rep boost either.
Tried relogging, tried everything. Just going to submit a ticket and hope it works
There might be a time delay on accessing the items, like the dungeon one.
As the title says. I used my boost from the War Within and it gave my rogue Lv20 Renown with all factions. I plan on playing my rogue perhaps later and started on my Druid who was already max level again. However my druid doesn’t get the buff from my alt being renown 20.
Is there a way to force it to work?
EDIT: I went to the Iskaara Reputation Mount vendor and even that one doesn’t recognize that my rogue is Renown 20 because it asks to have Renown 13 to be able to purchase some mounts. Which my rogue is not able to despite being renown 20 from the boost.

And now my character isn’t displayed correctly on the forum even though I transmogged the new stormrider armor T_T
Same problem here. Seems to be working for most of them, it’s obviously not working on the only one I need it.
Right? It only seems to take it from my Drachtyr. I’m almost tempted to try and delete it just to see if that fixes it somehow.
EDIT: I tried deleting my Drachtyr to see if that was the road bump. It wasn’t.

I did initially think this, however well over 24 hours now, and the worthy ally buff is also not active. Seems like there’s an actual issue with the fact the game gives you 20 renown yet completes none of the quests or stories associated with those factions.
I have the exact same problem and it seems many on the US servers have too. I amalso missing part of my Gear. I didnt get a offhand for my chosen specc.
Same issue here , i’m not getting ( Word of a Worthy Ally ) Buff from neither faction.
Is there any new info on this? Even after todays patch i still cannot buy anything.
The root cause should be fixed for new boosts applied after the 10.2 update, but we’re still investigating options for previously boosted characters since the fix is not retroactive.
So we can only ask for your patience for now and we’ll share any updates as they become available.
The issue persists.
I hope the options wont include resetting the renown back to 20 because i already farmed a lot of renown on that Char. 
Man do i feel punished for purchasing/gifting early.

Should come up with a sensitive solution so we get to enjoy our boost no matter when we applied it.
This seems to be fixed for US players (as per a Blizzard post)
It is still not fixed for me on my hunter that was boosted from 61.
Yeah the people who purchased early and boosted before this patch are the ones who have to wait now and hope that we get a solution that doesnt reset any of our progress.
