Just made a new character and as soon as I try to move I get disconnected over and over.
Every other character is fine but the fresh one have this problem.
Anyone who have an idea what it might be?
does the message mention wow51900325? it’s happening a lot lately.
Yeah I think that was the first one when I could still log on, now I can’t even log on and see my character then I get WOW51900319
It’s a shame that Blizzard won’t publish details on how to translate those error codes into meaningful error messages, because doing so would help people trace the root causes of them.

There is an issue where new characters will disconnect forever from their first login. It sadly cannot be fixed and the character can only be deleted.
However, this occurs more often addons enabled for the original login. Disabling your addons before accessing the character for the should help avoid it. Likewise, it would be a good idea to hold on off sending any new characters mail until you have accessed it once.
Hopefully this does help out even just a little here. ^^
Was that a late April fools joke or what? Even for that, it is ridiculous.
I have this error all the time I try to log in on the first 2-3 tries with only ONE character, it isn’t new by any means, and never had a problem with it…
I’ll be closing out this thread as it’s old however, this is in regards to NEW characters. A very different issue from what you are reporting in your reply. For that, it’s almost definitely addons or damaged UI elements. Try resetting your games ui to it’s defaults.
If the issue persists, please feel free to create a new thread or create an in-game ticket so that we can look into this in more detail with you.
