Trapper:
Focusing on a balance between archery and melee providing more snares and incapacitates and maybe even a stealth utility.
Agility based
Races: Night elf, Blood Elf, Human, Forsaken
possible talents / skills
hold the line - passive improved ranged attack power while standing still.
Nimble - passive improved melee attack speed and or evasiveness
Possible CC
Bola’s - dazing target lowering thier movement speed by 50% for 4 seconds.
Net - throw a net at your target making them unable to move for x amount of seconds.
Weapons -
Short bow
Long Bow
Cross Bow
Daggers
Swords
(dual wield)
Extra neat features and ideas could be poisons for all weapons types as means of applying dots and or debuffs.
examples
Puncturing arrow - reduces target’s armor by 10%
Poison Arrow - Paralyzing your target for 3 seconds. reducing their movement speed by 40%
And so on.
It’s a lore accurate class and I would love to see it happen.
I favored this idea over the hunter ever since vanilla.
And spare me the Marksman excuse, it’s trash and should be removed entirely.
