Hello, i’m thinking of buying a new computer mainly to play WOW Classic. I don’t understand much of hardware hence this post.

Hello, my advice would be to go with the second one! It’s more than enough to play WoW Classic and you can easily play any game at 1080p at high settings in case you feel like playing something else
I would forget the AMD Athlon altogether. Even a cheap Ryzen 3 could beat that cpu gameplay wise. x.x
So yeah, go with Intel route with the i5 or replace it with a Ryzen 5 as they’re pretty much same. Just may be different price here and there between the two.
I don’t live in mainland Europe, but that site looks expensive.
16GB RAM will serve you better and using Wi-Fi to play WoW is something I, personally, would avoid.

The minimum memory requirement for World of Warcraft : Classic is 2 GB of RAM installed in your computer. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 8 GB of RAM in your system . To play WoW : Classic you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core 2 Duo E6600,so you dont need to spend much. Look for a second hand gamingcomputer some 10 years old. Will do fine for a small amount.
With that 2nd build, you can play retail with ease. Probably many other modern games. I think you will get high quality picture without problems. Which means, it’s overkill for classic and classic will just run fine with any of those.
