New CPU's for AM4 and AM5 motherboards, including new chipset for AM5. All out July

So, AM4 is getting two new CPU’s out in July.

Ryzen 9 5900XT, 4.8ghz max boost, 72mb cache, 105w TDP and increase in core threads from 12/24 to 16/32.
Ryzen 7 5800XT, 8/16 cores/threads, 4.8ghz max boost, 36mb cache, 105w TDP

AM4 socket supported late 2025

Also coming out in July.

X870 and X870E chipsets.

USB4.0 on all boards
PCIE5.0 graphics and all NVME drives using 5.0
AMD EXPO ram increase to 8000.

Ryzen 9 9950X, 16/32 core/threads, 5.7ghz, 80mb cache, 170w TDP
Ryzen 9 9900X, 12/24 core/threads, 5.6ghz, 76mb cache, 120w TDP
Ryzen 7 9700X, 8/16 core/threads, 5.5ghz, 40mb cache, 65w TDP
Ryzen 5 9600X, 6/12 core/threads, 5.4ghz, 38mb cache, 65w TDP

AM5 socket support increased to year 2027

Not sure how much better the 5900XT and 5800XT is over the X3D versions, but nice to see cpu’s coming out for the PCIE4.0 boards still.

9800X3D probably out late 2024 or around 1st half of 2025 to July.

They will still be slower in games which benefit from the extra cache, so WoW too.

I’m using a 5800X3D and it still runs everything great, so i will be waiting for 9800X3D or most likely the one after and build a new system with DDR6 maybe.
