That’s because you are already getting “Highborne” like options. You get golden eyes, darker skins and small tiaras and necklaces.
What do Nightborne get? Will my Leia be able to look any different from what she does now? No, she won’t. Why? Because Blizzard don’t care about the Nightborne. They gave them their time in the sun in 7.0 to 7.1 and now they are simply forgotten, whereas Night Elves get everything from past to present and to future.
They use the same model but they dont look anything alike. Oh look you can make nightborne on alliance…but can horde make copy pasta of night elf? I doubt it. Nightborne is still stuck to very ugly customizations and manly bodies.
And night elves are an Alliance race. Doesn’t matte if they are a bit altered. They still use the same model. You shouldn’t have got it as well
Maybe you can open your eyes and see that night elf players have been f****d by blizzard for years. They obviously put more effort into us because we needed it

The male nb have a different posture and are thinner by default. I think the female nb are a 1:1 copy model-wise though but it’s hard to tell for me.

Will I have golden jewelry? No. Regal hairstyles? No. Azshara’s skin color? No. Fancier jewerly? No
Of course…since whenever alliance needs something alliance should get it right. Alliance wanted a race that belongs to the horde you got it…rip off of belfs…Alliance wanted highborne customizations and can now look like nightborne well look here you are… Belfs got few ugly hairstyles, body jewelry is gone, eyecolors that most races do get… and now because alliance wants they must get our colors too. Humans night elves and whatever other races you have got so much better costumizations than horde races.
And one has no new features coming.
On the few times where I agree with Kalibas/Galavant (night elf mage fan), he was right in opening the topic and suggesting that Nightborne get new features as well.
The fact that your characters can potentially look different whereas my Nightborne Priest will look the same…now that’s unfair.
First of all. I wanted highborne options like AZSHARA has in her night elven form. My arcane mage will look similar to a nightborne because it fits her transmog and spec
So when can Nightborne look like either Highborne or Suramar Nightborne? You get to look like us, so we should be able to look like you.
Blizzard has completely forgotten nightborne… giving more slender eyes wont make up the fact they are horrendous looking race. Its very sad seeing how much alliance is actually getting compared to us but yet we see them demanding/asking more and more. I’ve seen we are paying costumers we should get what we want used as well. Arent we horde players paying customers as well? Did we agree getting our race being copied and given to you?
They could easily make the Suramar NPC Nightborne use actual armor. Surely it’s just a simply coding issue that would be easily fixed.
Nightborne fans have wanted those models since release of the Nightborne.
I don’t think anyone got what they wanted. I wanted dark ranger/ san’layn options for blood elves, Farstrider and Magister theme options. For night elves full proper Highborne options. Nightborne where do I began…nothing from this things were added. Nothing players wanted was added. Blizzard added the generic stuff which THEY wanted not US
Edit: the sad reality is Blizzard didn’t listen to anyone. They gave blue eyes to blood elves because they wanted. As for void elves they gave them a compromise nothing else. Neither races got full proper High Elf options
Except this isn’t true.
Blizzard added stuff that meant something to players. Night Elves got scarring called “Teldrassil” which was met with overwhelming support. They also added golden eyes, but they also gave night elves a lot of stuff that is very core to their current characterization.
Blood Elves got a lot of regal stuff, perhaps too much.
Void Elves got blood elf skin colours and blood elf faces.
Nightborne - zilch, diddly squat…“oh Leia, they gave you blue eyes.” Really…? Yeah, because eyes colour on a Nightborne is really groundbreaking. 
Yes those things you said were requested. But everyone saw them coming. I saw them coming. They are the simple generic stuff which Leia I’m surprised you didn’t saw coming. They aren’t special. That “Teldrassil” scar sure has a meaning but scars weren’t a surprise that they will happen
In all honesty i dont think blood elves got that much eather… the female hairstyles are so bad. I dont know a class that can rock that princess hairstyle other than maybe a priest? Imagine my demon hunter wearing pretty princess hairstyle and tiara 
Eyecolors are nice but we lost the jewelry. New earrings are kinda bad too. You cant even see them unless you have hairstyle that is eather up or short. I really think alliance got the best deal out of all.
I think some of those features were symbolic to that of the Blood Elf Priestess from TBC Cinematic.
I would say Night Elves got the best deal to an extent. But like I said they put little effort into the customization options. How sad I am after the hype Ion made during Blizzcon
Edit: he said every race will have tons and tons of variety of options and now looking at them they are a disappointment especially for someone who only cares about how my characters look
