I’m they type of guy who plays every spec with different character races. I.e. my Orc BM hunter and my Dwarf Survival hunter. (Makes it look unique to me). Right now, I have Belf Havoc DH, and I already have Outlaw Nelf and I don’t want to roll another Nelf for Vengeance
When do you guy think that we’ll get new races to play for DH?

Honestly, probably never. Both Blood Elf and Night Elf DHs got completely unique voice actors and voice lines on emotes for both sexes, and four unique demon forms. And that’s just two races. Implementing new races for DH wouldn’t be the same as adding them for other classes, because they’d also have to get unique customization, voices and demon forms for both sexes.
On top of that, there’s zero lore reason why the Illidari would start recruiting and training other races. Unlike DKs they’re a lot more discriminative.

Eredar, fel orcs… they repent. There you go with lore. We already have the models, you just have to design demon form. Would switch to my red alien ASAP

In lore there are already other races who are ilidari, Orcs and Humans if memory serves me.
Edit: Here is some text from the wiki regarding that subject:
" In lore, any race can become a demon hunter, though almost all demon hunters today are night elves, with a minority of blood elves. The tradition of demon hunters arises from night elf history; a few blood elves have made the pledge as well, seeking revenge for the destruction of their home.
Humans can also be demon hunters. Some of these demon hunters can be found guarding Mount Hyjal with the help of fellow night elf demon hunters.
Demon hunters in other races are rare, but some exist."

Thanks for the info. I wasn’t aware that there were more races as DHs out there (though they’re super rare). Still, considering the DH starting scenario, the new races would have to have been Illidari and present at the Black Temple in TBC. Of course, Blizzard could just make a new starting zone for the new races like they did for the new DKs.
Still, the technical issue still exists. You’d need to hire a voice actor for each race, for both sexes, and create completely new emotes and voice-lines. Also, you’d need several new demon forms for both Havoc and Vengeance.
I just don’t see them doing that anytime soon. It’s a huge investment for just one class, and DHs aren’t the newest and shiniest thing anymore. I mean, look at the new DK races. They couldn’t even bother to give them the DK-specific skins options.

I feel like Orc DH would fit really well, it’d look pretty damn cool and Orcs are green because of Fel magic to begin with, which fits the DH theme very well.
Also Humans for the Alliance because Humans are very versatile by nature I suppose.

They need to stop being all around humans for alliance, would be better Draenei or some other races
