They already said fresh realms will only be fresh for 3 months, then boosts ans transfers are allowed.
They said that when they first announced fresh start realms.
they should make faction queue cap

Fresh servers won’t have transfers for at least 90 days, that’s the whole purpose of fresh.

Isin’t “majority pvp server” becomes pve server? What’s a point of pvp then if you wanna make it only one faction dominated?
