Why would fresh be interesting (for HC)? Just curious.
I’m still working on current HC; so it’s a no from me
The current realms aren’t even 5 weeks old, they’re still pretty fresh.

More room, not laggy. I not care for fresh, but two “old” realms seriously overpopulated = NOT fun!
Both of the current realms are already super low pop. Another realm is far from required.

I can still remember people screaming for Blizzard to do something about the queues one week ago and now we don’t have any queue.
Yes Blizz did something to queue again. Still 10 layers for Stitches, but no queue.
They are low pop. No queue and only low level zones are somewhat busy. Its by no means dead but not even remotely close to the point more realms are in demand.

Well, people have been playing it like Era and going into caves then dying then quitting in disgust.
I also try to invite players but then get declined, and see the same player confidently stroll into a pack of 4 and well… Not much I can do 
/violin or /lol seems fitting.
Nah I picture the Elite Orcs smiling like this, I did warn them they will not survive if they enter the keep with less then a full party shake my head:

10 levels on Stitches tells another story. Your idea of dead realms must come from a place better not mentioned in polite talk.
In HC low level zones WILL be always most busy, and those should be basis for deciding more realms or not, Not 40+ zones.
I’ve levelled on there and I’m telling you from experience. You’re stuck pretending it’s still the same 10k Queue realm. It isn’t.
So did & do I and I still feel same overpopulated, Some days ago I would have agree, only 7 layers, no queue. But now again 10 lauyers and Blizz did something to queue. Still massively overpopulated server, so I sorry I began there, and hope to die so can continue journey on Nek*rosjh where alts wait for me.
Im playing a orc shaman, and i havent seen even 5 players around myself yet in low levels 
Alliance i can agree theres tons.
But hordes pretty low pop, u rly dont see many at all around and about the world, not even in org during buffs.
Have u considered the issue is, like 80% of the entire server play one faction to be the reason theres no queues while feeling vastly over populated?.
Litterally by stats on top 2 played raves (human and night elf) make up 50% of the entire characters created. The highest pop race on horde is 11%.
Thee reason theres so many layers, is because everyones bundling a single faction, and WoW classic was never built on that concept im afraid.
Litterally alliance is a hyper spawning death trap with the swarms of players all over the lands in the 1-20 zones.
But horde is basically single player almost.
I just don’t get why the option to transfer between Stitches EU and Nek’Rosh EU is not there yet? Most stuff has dropped at this point - putting some spark in NR and taking some layer madness of Stitches wouldn’t be a bad idea (IMO).
