New heirloom refunds

anyone feel they should be refunded all the gold they’ve spent in bfa to upgrade the heirlooms, considering now they are absolutely useless, you have to not play the toon for about a month for the rested xp buff to come into play otherwise its just totally benin

Refund heirlooms please

Hello, Since Blizzard decided to make heirlooms useless, I would like a refund on all the gold I invested in them since they no longer fulfill they original function. Please implement a way to refund them for 100% of the gold paid for them and their upgrades. Thank you
