New Idea for Punishment of Failing or Depleting a Key

Rightnow if you Fail a key in M+ The punishment is Your Key Drop to 1key lower and Im agree that we need a punishment for Failing A key but i think this is not Healthy punishment for it Tho.
I think If blizzard change this to if Your Failing your key Your Key stone goes into cooldown for 30min , so you cant use it when its on cd but Also Gives you the option that if you willingly Reduce your own key by 1 from the NPC yourself the Cooldown Reset So you can Play your Key again instantly in 1lower Key lvl like what we have now.
This change will Help To Reduce the pressure on Groups for Failing Keys and also Deny the argument that if you Dont lose your key After you fail it you can just spam a key unless you do it and it become a progress like raid cuz this way you cant spam your key cuz its on cd for 30min unless you want to reduce it by 1lvl
this way we Reduce Alot of toxicity in Groups also gives better windows for Groups or even 2friends playing together to Play the game Properly .
For example if i play with my Friend we can try my Key if we fail we try his key and meanwhile my Key is back After we finished the other key so we can try again my key after 30min cd and since its an Upgrade for both of us we are down to Play like this.
but if rightnow me and my friend play My key and we fail then we try his key and we also fail now we are facing a situation that we have 2useless key which we probably dont want to waste 1hour to upgrade them again which we can deplete it again and we are doomed Untill next week.
Rightnow the system is really bad since if you randomly dc or someone just trolling or anything happen then you are punished by another 30min to play a lower key just to get another random key which you might not need even
This way we just give more incentive to Groups to play together with much less toxicity in general since It feels much less punishing to failing a key.
Also this gives better Windows for people to try Different comps instead of always trying to find Meta class and it will Increase the diversity of class that can play M+ cuz if you smoth the punishment properly People takes more risks to invite different class to try different comps.
In general from my point of View Im witnessing Insane amount of toxicity and wasting time in M+ due to what we have rightnow as a punishment
Like beside dc and trolling sometimes we lose a key cuz of the dungeon bugs we see every season.

all kind of variations of this were suggested starting from legion (so for ~8 years). THEY DON’T CARE. they want the community to be toxic, but pretend they are so white and fluffy. they create giga cringe systems and await what players will just obey and “play by the rules”. now some blizz andys will come into this thread (which didn’t make keys higher than 22s) and tell you how depletes are good for the community and improving your skill level =) one of the most retarded things i have ever heard.

as asmongold rightly said, if everyone did unsubscribed from this mocking dumpster, they would begin to listen, but as long the stats are fine they don’t care.

why would i unsubscripe if i have fun playing?
i also dont really see how depleting is sooo bad.
Sure it is annoying if your 20 keys goes down to 19 because of some moron but well just push it back up then…

all the suggestions to remove deletion has other consequences that will be even more toxic.

i could maybe get on board with 2 chances for 1 key, so it cracks first.
but imagine, in legion your key got depleted and you had to run a broken key with no loot to get it activated again lol
