Hello, there is another bug i’ve found today in WoW, i didn’t login after i went to sleep yesterday, yet game claims i’ve finished emmisary which is Vol’ dun. If i’m not mistaken, there is no such option to complete emmisaries using phone so:

Edit: I’ve posted this in my work, now i arived home to check if it was not visual, and it was not.
Hello Decayin,
We can’t check your character activity via the Forums, as far as I can tell you though emissary quests do not complete themselves. If you see one as completed - whether it be on the app or in-game - it simply means that someone took care of doing the necessary world quests.
If you do not remember having done so, you may want to contact our Game Masters so they can check this for you.
I can assure you no one did, my GF went to her mother, no one have my password. It just autocompleted, day ago i had the same, i was questing in Kul’ Tiras hunting azerite quests, then when i opened map i saw Dazar’ Alor emmisary completed without even doing single quest on whole Zandalar. If you don’t believe me it’s okay, someone posts bug, and you tell him “it’s not possible”
If it will happen again (i’m at work atm, working 9:00 - 21:00) i will post here.
Same thing happened with my friend the other day.

Hello again ^^
Just to clarify, it’s not about believing you or not.
We simply are not aware of any bug like the one you described, and so far we have not noticed any emissary quest auto completing.
For this reason I suggested you to open a ticket.
Our GMs will be able to check your character activity and may find out what happened exactly.
If however you are 100% sure that what happened was due to a bug, please feel free to skip the ticket, and report it via the appropriate in-game option
I know and i will, i just wanted to post this, so if more people have this issue they will know, they are not the only ones.
I’ve noticed the same. Had credit for doing 4 quests earlier in the week for the Storm’s Wake emissary when I was adamant I hadn’t done any, put it down to forgetfulness. Then today, I definitely haven’t set foot in Nazjatar but have credit for doing 4 quests there for the Waveblade emissary, so something is definitely broken!

Dunno why it posted on my horde rogue, this is the character I noticed it on!
Probably most people who have this bug are not posting because
a) they’re not reading forums
b) they don’t want this advantage to go off
c) they didn’t notice that yet
I had done the emissary on an alt today, but not on this char, whether that has anything to do with it. Regardless, popped in a bug report
I had it twice in a row, now i’m looking from time to time on my companion app as i’m at work from 9:00. It is undone for now.
Also having this bug…I mean it is useful and saves us time but kinda silly that all i have to do is log each char once a day and just go deliver emmisary since they auto complete for last 4-5 days
Hello everyone!
we saw an influx of similar reports - and this is now passed on to be investigated further as a possible bug. Thank you for reporting it

Well i try to open a ticket, but its always a nightmare the new open ticket reports. On the forum, didn’t open, because just yesterday i had sure that was a bug, and today even worst… my game computer as not been open, and i work from home, so im sure no one enter in my account, and i have authenticator, so if someone tries to open my account i receive a warning, and nothing pop up. And even with all that, in 2 chars, i have the emissary from today completed… I only connected in game by the phone App. I really don’t wanna get ban by delivering the emissaries
Blizzard can’t tell you to not complete any emissary because they are time limited and it’s super easy to do 4 world quests.

If you are affraid just go and do those 4 quests, then you will feel like you achieved it

Hi! o/
It’s indeed fine to turn in this quest. Bugs can happen, and we don’t want to penalize anyone for experiencing a bug. What we understand as exploiting is a little more nuanced, but you can read more about that in this post by Lore in the US forums
