New (ish) to AD and looking for an RP guild/group

Hi there!

I am fairly new to Argent Dawn, but I am not a new roleplayer. I originally come from Earthen Ring. I have been a part of some well-known guilds there, but Earthen Ring is increasingly quiet on the RP front.

I have tried in the past to find a home for roleplay in Argent Dawn, but I have to say, the variety here makes it hard to find a fit.

I am a fairly casual roleplayer, and I am also a teacher full-time, so my time is quite limited. I am also a huge fan of alts.

I am hoping by starting this post I can find a home. I am after a guild that is going to be accepting that my workload means that I can’t play as regularly as I’d like, and that is happy to have my alts around, in or out of character.

The “Stormwind Community Events” is an initiative to provide the Alliance community - specifically those situated in Stormwind, the very heart of the Alliance - a reason to come together and simply enjoy an evening of roleplay with one another. I can’t exactly recommend specific guilds where you might find yourself at home because firstly I haven’t really been involved in the roleplay scene outside of the Lionheart for a while due to my own busy IRL schedule, and secondly we are currently closed. But I am sure that there is something out there for you.

I will however say that if you are into a more gritty mercenary type of roleplay then The Bloodied Goats get a strong recommendation from me. They have plenty of casual roleplay going on. I think it would help people throw suggestions your way if you shared a little bit about what kind of roleplay you’d be interested to get involved in, and told a little about your character concept(s) if you already have ideas on what you’d like to play, or if you’d like continue the story of an already existing character from your old server.
