Tested with “of Healing” “of the Invoker” “of the Prophet” “of the Sorcerer” and none of them increased the healing or damage numbers out in the world, or on the character panel.
Naked, Holy Light was doing ~900 per heal
I then put on a set of TBC greens that should total around +500 bonus healing and Holy Light still healed for 900.

Use the ingame bug report, or to the bug section of the forum if we even have one on EU…
Cause I highly doubt they’re sitting around on the EU forums looking for bugs 
Sucks they don’t work as intended though
Some other dude actually told that of Shadow Wrath items don’t increase their Shadow Damage done

You’re not the first one who says this, I saw someone say the exact same thing ingame aswell.
Did it work normally during beta or is it just that nobody tested?
