Thanks for sharing the cut scene, I hadn’t seen this before. (probably as my undead disagreed with her actions).
I am sceptical as to the quality of her ‘affection’ for the Forsaken, as pity sets a low bar to me. In her case, it is also conditional on unquestioning obedience and agreement or be branded a ‘traitor’.
The new leadership comes across as more genuine and cooperative even at this early stage imo.
I liked the cut scene below, shows Anduin to be wise enough to take steps to avoid becoming another ‘messed up’ leader.
Sylvannas n Anduin Shadowlands (Spoiler)
I think Sylvannas will become another Illidan and Khadgar type of character that enters the narrative from time to time to help or add interest.
I do like the Forsaken, and some won’t change (which is fine and expected in a diverse society).
However, I also think it is reasonable and realistic for their society to change and grow as a reflection of the changes taking place.
With regards to Lordaeron - an atmospheric garden -which changes at night with glowing lights, ghosts/ mist, walking plants, moving statues, flying bats with a roost, delicate ferns/webs and changing music and eerie sounds (crickets, frogs, ticking, knocking and whispers).

The day garden could be a bit brighter with large rambling roses, a pond with ducks, frogs and dragonflies, a gothic sundial, tiny birds and peacocks, plant shaded seating, bright fungi, and soft haunting wind chimes and some bird sounds.

Maybe a new entrance into the lower city from the lake by boat ?
