any one has any idea if there are still new models coming?
it has been a while since we received new beast models.
i really would love it if the springpaw lynx and foxes and other beasts get a new model. these old ones look so ugly now.
Would prefer an update for the core models such as Worgs and Sabers first.
Classic horse models are already too in the code but only 1/3 were used.
But I agree, sadly we are only getting water-drop levels of quantity for model updates every year.

As for models for various creatures they are pretty much an ongoing project. Overtime some of them will get updated, with the priority being creatures that appear in new expansion’s zones.
Players do not want mount models directly updated. This has been expressed many times. Which is also reason why AV mount updates are separate mounts instead being just direct updates.

I doubt it since pre-BFA zones seem to be swept to the side for progression in SL.
Usually they only get updated if the model will be used in new content.
Where’s the boar updates? And don’t start about thosr Draenor mongrels.
The original boars could really use some love. Even those lowly Quilboar were updated

One of the Quillboars has a female model where the Quest calls the npc a male :’) Here is the reddit discussion which is pretty hilarious. Blizzy completely missed out on this detail when updating the models.
