New on Outland (Alliance)

I’ve always played on lower population servers (Low and Medium), but recently I decided I wanted to start (specifically on Alliance) on a server with a higher population, where I would actually see people out in the world to play with or simply not feel like I’m playing in a ghosttown anymore.
Why I chose Outland: when searching, I saw many people saying Silvermoon was the best choice, many others saying Ravencrest and Argent Dawn, with a few saying Sylvanas and Outland. As I wanted to play on a High server but not to the point it is Full, I decided to choose Outland. It was exactly what I was looking for, or so I thought, and I’m still trying to think.
So on my very 1st day leveling this new alt in Outland, at around level 46, I already had a VERY unpleasant experience with another player, which I meant no harm and had no ideia about his business, but appearantly he got really angry at me and told me some very, very mean things. The details, however, would be enough for another topic.
So I’m here asking you guys: is this what I can expect from the community of this server? Perhaps I made the wrong choice? Or maybe there are guilds and people out there that I can actually feel welcome with?

i say u did the biggest mistake in your life by coming to this realm
outland is dead af
u better take it back and go to either silvermoon or ravencrest
u will thank me later :slight_smile: .

It didn’t take me very long to realize it is far from dead, specially when I compare to servers I’m used to play.
