I have a new paladin at levle 20 and as the n00b i am i forgot to do the quest for redemtion spel at start, so now at 20 when im about to enter Deadmines i need it.
So i run to NPC Brother Wilhelm in Goldshire for the quest and he dont have any quest OR i have done some mistake to remove it.
But i was able to do the quest for sense undead and get the shield at 20 but that NPC Duthorian Rall has no quest beside my next step 2h mace quest.
So need help badly!
Is this a classic thing? Because you’re posting on a TWW character and TWW has no quests for spells.
Assuming you are talking about Classic as I suspect, you might have done some parts of the quest line so I’d check the other NPCs involving in the quest line if you abandoned the quest part way.
Try the NPC at the Altar in the Cathedral. That would be the next NPC after you got send there.

Indeed this would be the most likely scenario:
It’s a chain involving a few quests all named The Tome of Divinity, so if you look that up you should be able to backtrack your way through the different steps.
