What the hell is the issue with our class and specifically with outlaw ? In the new data mined changes literally ALL CLASSES HAVE IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES and rogues get AGAIN NOTHING. Just a 3% dispatch buff really? Guys we can’t keep up with capped aoe and no burst damage. What the hell is wrong with you and you don’t want to do anything for rogues ?
