Horde will get vampires and Maldraxxi warlords and Alliance will get blue angels and skinny goat people. It couldn’t be more obvious.
Or neither will get any.
Pretty sure those races can’t leave the shadowlands

Jep. And some of them aren’t even proper races, because they are just anima constructs built to do the Eternal One’s bidding. I really don’t want to see them walk around in Azeroth.

In the final chapter the Shadowlands and Azeroth will merge to become one, remember the prediction “Death is only the beginning”. The shackles will be broken.

While I like some of the models of those races, I really hope none of that will happen.
The Shadowlands should become a place again where we don’t go. Blizzard tried. They failed. We should stay away from the afterlife.
Besides; I’m going to be very okay with no reminders of this horrible expansion once we’ve moved on beyond it.

Nope. The factions will merge, and everyone get any race.
Some people need a lecture about what makes a race reasonable to be made playable within the confines of the lore.
The lore will be that they want to repay the mortals who set them free from the shackles of the afterlife by joining their factions.
You need to discern between your fanfiction and the lore of the game.
god i d really love to play as one of the maldraxxus ladies. the thicc ones. forgot what they re called. 
All i want in my life are pandarian fish people.
I wanted the goat people to be in the Horde… The Alliance already has 2 goat races…

It would be a good opportunity to do a cataclysm 2.0 with the jailer winning and resetting the game like final fantasy did.

Well, Vampires works well in ESO world so it would be cool to become one in WoW too.
As a huge vampire fan I really like to play as one in ESO, and other games as well. Like Blood Rayne games and Masqurande games. : )
Oh well, if they doesn’t come to WoW I can still play other games with them.
I doubt they will join the Horde. Especially since you constantly make fun of Night elves for living in trees. Imagine how the Night Fae would feel
