New Player - How to make gold via Blacksmithing?

Hello all,

I just turned 70 and started to level up my blacksmithing ny buying some mats from AH. Leveled my blacksmithing to 60 and crafted a full set for myself (retribution paladin) since I had really low level items in certain slots.

Now to my question; what should I do to make gold from blackmithing.

Note: My second profession is mining.

You’d be hard pressed making gold with Blacksmithing outside of current tier ilevel work orders or the odd transmog.

My typical go to for gold making are consumables.

Maybe them Expedition Shovels might turn a decent income, they go for like 120g each, and people buy them all the time to dig up resources, profession specialisation tokens, and crests.

sadly the profits of shovels are down to 20 gold in my server

Same on mine.And they don’t even sell that well.

Necro thread lol. Sometimes my server they sell for 250g
