We just got two new “capitals” on alliance side, I’d like to have portals to them.

Well they are both empty and with no content so i dont see the point unless they actually become cities. They are not even cities right now, let alone capitals
Them tree huggers don’t like arcane magic mind, they’ll eat ya for such things as portals
There is zero content in dalaran crater yet it has portal.
Are you sure? Mages seem very content when I click those portals.
