Will it be possible to race change to a pandaren in MoP Classic? I remeber that in TBC Classic race change to a Draenei wasnt possible. Im going to main swap in MoP and would like to be a Pandaren and i know you cant boost pandarens in MoP, so i was wondering if you can race change a character that has been boosted to 85 to a pandaren

In original MoP in September 2012 the race change become available as soon as it became playable. Can’t say what policy Blizzard are going to use now. Pro aly they would like to say 80€ digital collector’s upgrades with boosts to lvl 85 this summer first.
