When new comers start in classic in the afternoon.
Most realms have status: Low or medium populated. Even they have still the queue of 5 a 10k in the evenings.
They are not aware these servers are Fully populated.
And they are not triggered to start on a
realm with status: new
When i started playing in vanilla.
Not sure wat realm to pick since i was new.
I picked the realm with the status: Recommended.
Why? Easy… it said, recommended.
Think new comers still start on those realms like Golemagg and Shazzrah with their crazy queues since they had status: medium in the mid-day.
Realy dont think we gona see that much new blood it would make any difference, either returning players that know how to pick realm, or new ones that goes where their friends told them
Well yes, they should also implement some “bonuses” for those that tramsfer from high to low, but what should it be? Give them gold? Thsts stupid… Special mount? Everybody will cry and blame… Idk, maybe give them 1month free sub so they made something for better balance, idk, whatever that helps is good
Having no queues is an award itself, but people tend to choose a big server in the long run (myself included). Giving free game time sounds nice but easy exploited by migrating an alt to get the award and then just continue playing on you main. But something needs to happen so that people feel confident to swap server.
There should be something… Like lets say if u transfer from golemag to that new server (earthshaker? Or other one? Idk) u get 30 days of free time, and during those 30 days u cant log to golemag… But yea people exploit everything they can
