Oh ok, I thought I had seen the name Season of Classic somewhere but maybe that’s just a temp made up name by some streamer.
Well we have to call it something until we know the real name. It’s seasonal variant of WOW Classic. Maybe just “Season” is less confusing.
I think you meant from Seasonal server.
From Classic WoW you could go either Era or BC for free. Only pay if you wanted both. I went Era with all but one of mine

Actually you could go to Era or TBC for free and only going to both cost you money.
My personal opinion is that there will be a new progression realms starting up and the current ones will stay at Wrath forever.
Also HC will be one death and no appeals, but I will bet money some people will make tickets to appeal it.

Like I said, it’s my opinion, my guess. I never stated it was a fact, unlike some posts people make.
Well the client does get the version 1.15 right. So that would be quite a step up just for some little changes.

The real home is ERA. You will always come back to ERA at the end.
Releasing all the content at once would be a disasters with those who play all day and all night rushing to clear Naxxramas and players with less available time left behind.

There is not such thing as being behind in mmos. You are just in different stage of progression and youvare suppoostu find people what are at same stage and progress with them.

Welcome to Classic era.
On PvP clusters there are likely people that want to quickly buy gear and be on par with others but on PvE it’s still way more civilized.
Still if season started with MC and ZG or also even AQ20 and PvP gear then it would be repeat of SoM where people farmed pvp gear and ignored mc.
For some players there is. Even being one hour late to fresh launch is “falling behind”. Gear Score says hi as well
