Can anybody explain what is the big idea, how they calculate those numbers?
I was raiding day and night in season 1 raid, unfortunately because of rigged rng and ‘bad luck’ I havent got items I want and those I got - I cannot upgrade because this feature is disabled.
I dont want to do anything else, delves, crafting, and dungeons in this expansion are terrible. I dont want to spam rerun heroic dungeons for 11 my alts.
They promised ‘alt friendly’, but I cannot see it implemented in any way.
I may switch my attention and my money to something else maybe?
Now that Kotick is gone for good, why Microsoft/Activision still bad?

Season 2 heroic dungeons have ilvl 606 requirements, same as new raid.
I DEFINITELY NOT grinding with 11 alts all day long. I have better things to do.
getting 11 alts raid ready without at least some grinding… Might be a bit much to ask bud<.<
I would select 3 of the 11 to focus on. And work from there.

/gag… why even bother gearing up so many alts… 2 tops for me, rest can remain in leveling gear. I sure as hell ain’t doing raids or M+ with 11 alts. o.O
I like playing other classes from time to time amd try harder content.
Also, I want all transmogs from raid because otherwise I could not be able to solo it until at least 2 expansions in the future.
You can get 610s from doing world quests. You will also get quite a few BoEsof ilvl 600+ while doing stuff in the overworld to send to your alts, or you can buy them off the AH. I expect for a new sigil (not spark) to also exist to craft items with 600+ ilvl.
Delves were just introduced.

If Dungeons are terrible, why do you want to do Heroic dungeons? Misread the comment.
But the point still stands. You didn’t have the item level at the start of Season1 either. You grinded on all 11 of your alts to get it. It’s no different now.

I have split my 12 level 80’s into 3 warbands…
My number 1 warband are the 4 that I concentrate on gearing and in that warband I have a tank (2 alts), a healer (1 alt), a ranged dps (2 alts) and melee dps (3 alts)…
This works for me and saves headaches and also they are the classes I enjoy playing most 
Well, I worked pretty hard during season 1, as we can agree I assume, so I expect my work to at least be enough to just enter the new raid and continue, why reset it all to zero?
This is quite a nerf from raiding back to normal dungeons.
They literally reset be to starting point, why should I do it again if they will reset it again at next season? This is extremely demotivating. I’m not sure if I have any will left to even start, because I know at some point my achievements in gearing up will be deleted, literally.

We didnt get reset to 0? I can with my 638 ilvl from season 1 without any trouble getting into the current raid.
Have you just been doing LFR raids ?
you can get near 606 ilevel by having the Siren Isle ring and gear from questing in Undermine, you don’t really have to do much to enter heroics, it’s no different from any other patch.

Yes. I dont have a guild anymore, and I doubt any new guild will have space and desire to help he gear up alts with raid gear.
and yet - untill season 4 of DF it was very easy .
i myself was doing m+ on 13 chars because i coudl jump stright to like +10 +12 on each of them
now its borderline impossible to maintain alts on any resonable gear level if you are not a streamer as your job .

you cannot because you no longer can upgrade s1 gear 
so have fun farming normal / hc dungeons on alts 
how do you do it ? is there option to split the long long list of chars ?
i must be blind cause i dont see it.
We are getting this season comparable rewards from a +2 as from a +12 in DF season 3…
But playing 13 chars sounds like a job to me.
There’s a 
at the top right which adds a warband, you can right click the name and change it too.
