Whose brilliant idea was it to put the glyphs in order halls? The quest chain for my level boosted character is bugged, when I enter dalaran and follow the npc to Thrall the quest doesn’t pop and I cannot progress to unlock the order hall to purchase the new hair model for ascendence form. Why would you gatekeep it like this? I had unlocked the shaman class hall on a different shaman character but I cannot access it on a boosted one, and the glyph is BoP. Can you please move this to a different vendor or at least fix the legion quest chain? It is ridicilous to gatekeep something like this from the playerbase unintentionally.
